1. Agreement to Terms

By making a reservation or staying at NestLife, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accommodations

– Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email outlining your booking details.

– Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

3. Payment

– Fees: All accommodation fees must be paid in full as specified in your booking confirmation.

– Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.

– Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

4. House Rules

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents, the following rules must be adhered to:

– Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors during these times.

– Alcohol and Drugs: The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption must be done responsibly.

– Guests: Overnight guests are allowed but must be registered with management. You are responsible for your guests’ behavior.

5. Liability

NestLife is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or individuals during your stay. Guests are encouraged to secure their personal belongings and report any incidents to management immediately.

6. Termination

NestLife reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions or engage in behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to others.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

NestLife reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NestLife operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
